The institute is built in two new buildings in a modern style and educational standards, each building consists of three floors, each floor has its own parking and entrance, that is, has five entrances, has more than (15) laboratory halls Both buildings are equipped with all the requirements of a technical institute.

The first building contains the following parts:

First Floor:

Assistant Dean, Library, Accounting, Cafeteria and other service departments.

Second Floor

The Second Floor is dedicated to the departments of computer science, information technology, IT unit, legal department, media and communications, with (10) theory classrooms, teachers’ offices, cafeteria for breakfast, soft drinks and fresh juices.

Third Floor

The third floor is dedicated to the departments of oil drilling and refining, business administration, accounting and interior design engineering, with 10 classrooms, conference and seminar halls.

The second building is generally dedicated to the medical departments and includes the following departments:

First Floor

The first floor is dedicated to the deanship, administration, student registration and quality assurance department.

Second Floor

The second floor is dedicated to the departments of pharmacy, disease analysis and nursing, with several theoretical classrooms and a pharmacy dedicated to the department of pharmacy.

Third Floor:

This floor consists of several theoretical classrooms and four medical laboratories with the latest medical standards.
